FLC Hotels & Resorts cooperates with JHL group in hospitality & tourism human resources
At the Bamboo Airways Tower (Hanoi), FLC Hotels & Resorts and JHL Vietnam Group signed a cooperation agreement on the supply of high-quality human resources in the tourism and hospitality industry.
The cooperation mainly focuses on recruiting high-quality human resources in the hospitality industry, and the parties had discussions, agreements and commitments to improve human resources in accordance with 5-star standards.
Thereby, FLC Hotels & Resorts and JHL will become strategic partners in the supply of aboard trained human resources in the hospitality - tourism industry such as: Hotels (room attendants, bar staff), House keepers, food & beverage (chefs).
With more than 20 years of experience in training and dispatching high-quality employees to work in the country and abroad, JHL is committed to providing FLC Hotels & Resorts with experienced human resources who have worked abroad or at luxury hotel brands in the country and around the world. The partnership plan will focus on both engineering and technology, application of technology in human resource training, development and management.
In addition, JHL will support FLC Hotels & Resorts in career guidance and consulting activities for students of tourism/hospitality training schools that are partners of FLC Hotels & Resorts.
